We encourage you to go to the Google Earth coordinates and browse around the area and see the geographical make up of the land surrounding the project. It's important to note that nobody is allowed to build up into the mountains because it is a government reserve (the Paphos Forest). This means that people are only allowed to develop on the thin strip of land that runs along the coastline. This further emphasises how scarce the land in this area is, making this a truly unique property investment.
